Shipping & Delivery
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship with major courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees & Fedex.
Upto 3 delivery attempt are made by the courier partner. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the delivery.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days, unless it is a custom order in that case the dispatch time will be intimated to you. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 8 working days post dispatch unless there is reason which is beyond control. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Return & Refunds
Now with our easy returns policy, returning a product is very convenient. If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to return the product, you have 7 days (48 hours for damaged and defective) to raise a return request by just following the below mentioned procedures:
Please write to us for return request at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID & some details about the issue. We will arrange a courier pickup in most of the cases, in rare case where our courier partner is not available at your location you’ll need to send the product back to us & we’ll reimburse the courier charges. We will ensure that a brand new product is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product is in unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact.
Once we have received your request, one of our Customer Service Executive will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for Refund or Exchange.
Note: For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images on email@example.com and our support team will get back to you for your exchange/refund processing.
Once the QC is done, you will receive a “Refund” of the product amount paid while purchasing.
