Let me tell you what happened. I trusted the website and the reviews here and got this product. The very first day I got this clutch as a b'day gift for my friend, the outer cover of the purse started coming off. Barely after and hour. And it wasn't used too. I just checked the clutch and after a few minutes, its outer cover started coming off. On the very day it got delivered! I contacted the team on the same day and they replied that they cannot return used product! Is this what you would call a used product! And who would exchange the same kind of product by giving extra charge! I bought from Artklim with high expectations and was planning to get a lot more. But the quality of this clutch and their unresponsive management is just extremely disappointing! A waste of my money. Also find the picture attached for your clarity. I hope others don't get fooled.
