horrible decision to buy from this company

i am extremely disappointed in the quality of products delivered. the first product was dusty, scratchy, and the polish was worn off. after numeroud requests, it was exchanged with another product, which was again worn off, and the glue marks were visible outside the stones. the glue was even frozen dry in various places on the clutch surface. again, after numerous messages and emails, the response from the team was to remove the permanent glue with thinner, which of course, did not work, as any person who has any sense would know already.

will definitely never buy from Artklim again. and will also never recomment to anyone else.
